“O curta, filmado em Brasília, foi um exercício, e a primeira experiência cinematográfica de três estudantes do primeiro semestre da Universidade de Brasília no desafio de filmar, produzir, editar e atuar. Não há nenhuma pretensão de ser um drama três atos, e não tendo enredo complexo, finge ser mais uma introdução de um longa. Os papéis não foram bem definidos. O curta foi dirigido por Davi e Daniel Herold, que filmaram, o capturaram o áudio, editaram, e “tentaram” atuar. Outra estudante, Geovanna Gravia, ajudou com a produção – licenças – e uma quarta pessoa, Rebeca Gomes, atuou como o personagem principal.”

“The short, filmed in Brasilia, Brazil, was an exercise, and the first attempt, of three students of the University of Brasilia Media Program first semester, to film, produce, edit, score and act. It has no pretension to be a three acts drama, and has no huge plot, but instead, pretends to be an intro of some sort which focuses on the cities beautiful sights, on the university itself and on being a huge “filmmaking” exercise.

The roles were not well defined. The short was directed by Davi and Daniel Herold, who shot, captured the audio, edited, even acted – or tried to – and also atempted to score it too. Without any previous experience, only through watching tutorials and capturing references through the web. Another student, Geovanna Gravia, helped with the production – permits – and a fourth person, Rebeca Gomes, the spouse of one of the students, acted as the main character. This was the main reason why we didn’t credit anyone at the end specifically.”
